Tokyo Olympics 2020!🔥 Second Medal for India! PV Sindhu ends with 🥉Bronze Medal!🏸

PV Sindhu has become the first Indian woman to win two Olympic medals.

*Silver in Rio 2016 & Bronze in Tokyo 2020*

PV Sindhu won the badminton women's singles bronze medal in Tokyo, becoming the first Indian woman and the second Indian after Sushil Kumar to do so. She defeated He Bing Jiao of China 21-13, 21-15.

Sindhu defeated the Chinese left-hander in 53 minutes at the Musashino Forest Sport Plaza court 1 to join Mirabai Chanu and Lovlina Borgohain as India's medalists at the Tokyo Olympics.

Biography:

PV Sindhu was born in Hyderabad,  On July 5, 1995, to parents who were both national volleyball players, with her father, PV Ramana, winning a bronze medal at the 1986 Seoul Asian Games. As a result, she was born with sport coursing through her veins.

While her parents were volleyball players, PV Sindhu became interested in badminton after seeing Pullela Gopichand play, and she was a regular player by the age of eight.

However, Gopichand was soon the one in awe after witnessing the young PV Sindhu, who had joined the institution carrying his name, in action.

PV Sindhu made it apparent when she won junior badminton championships like the All India Ranking Championship and the Sub-Junior Nationals that she would be a force to be reckoned with once she reached the world scene.

PV Sindhu earned bronze in the sub-junior Asian Badminton Championships in 2009, and then silver in the International Badminton Challenge in Iran a year later.

PV Sindhu's career graph is notable for her consistent progress in yearly competitions year after year. This was initially demonstrated at the 2012 Asian Junior Championships, when she won gold after finishing third the year before.

This trend continued at the prestigious World Championships as well. Between 2013 and 2018, she won two bronze and two silver medals before winning the yellow metal in 2019 after defeating Japan's Nozomi Okuhara 21-7, 21-7 and earning Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commendation.

PV Sindhu won bronze in the women's singles event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games (CWG). She followed it up four years later with silver and gold medals in the singles and mixed team badminton events at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast.

Her greatest success to date, though, is a silver medal in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. She defeated second-seeded Wang Yihan and Japanese ace Nozumi Okuhara in the quarter-finals and semi-finals, respectively, after defeating Tai Tzu Ying in the round of 16. To win the grand prize, she just needed to beat off Carolina Marin of Spain.

Despite losing in all three sets against the Spaniard's form, the Indian shuttler's silver medal was a huge success for the country.

PV Sindhu, in addition to her international success, captains and plays for the Hyderabad Hunters in the local Premier Badminton League.

Personal Life:

Sindhu has worked with Bharat Petroleum as an associate sports manager in their Hyderabad office since July 2013. She was appointed to deputy sports manager after winning a silver medal at the Rio Olympics. She was named the company's first brand ambassador in India.

The Andhra Pradesh government nominated her as Deputy Collector (Group-I) in July 2017, and she assumed responsibility in August.

She was the Indian contingent's flag bearer during the Commonwealth Games' opening ceremony in 2018.

TOP 10 CRIME🕵🏻‍♂️ THRILLER 😱 MOVIES TO WATCH IN 2021!

A crime thriller film is a crime film sub-genre. The subgenre combines a normal genus of crime with a unique genre of thriller. Typically, the storyline is about and revolves around an assassin; a heist or a person hunting. Crime thrillers employ tension and suspension to develop action and psychological components.       Crime thrillers concentrate on the thrilling aspects of both successful and failed crimes. They centre on a criminal or a group of criminals rather than law enforcement, unlike police procedurals. These films, like the highly regarded Joseph and Nayattu, tend to emphasise on violent sequences, double-crossings, robberies, and killings as major themes. 10.The Gift (2005) When it comes to suspensory movies, the gift is really an underestimated and hidden gem.
